One morning in the 1980s I had taken Dame Margot Fonteyn, who was living in Panama, to the Arrocha drugstore at Punta Paitilla. When she spotted this very postcard, she bought a few. She told me that she was going to send them to friends from her days as a ballerina, adding “As you can see from the photo, I have finally found something to do with my feet!”.
